These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lead Concierge websites, demos, conversational concierge experiences, embedded widgets, and related services provided by Lead Concierge (“Lead Concierge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using a Lead Concierge experience, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website, concierge, demo, or related services.
About Lead Concierge
Lead Concierge provides conversational concierge tools and related analytics for service-based businesses, including med spas, wellness practices, aesthetic clinics, and similar organizations.
Lead Concierge experiences may help visitors ask general questions, explore services, request follow-up, express appointment preferences, or connect with a participating business.
Informational Use Only
Lead Concierge is intended to provide general informational assistance and support business inquiry workflows.
Lead Concierge does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. Information provided through a Lead Concierge experience should not be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare provider or other qualified professional.
If you have a medical concern, treatment-related question, adverse reaction, urgent issue, or emergency, contact a licensed provider, the applicable business directly, or emergency services as appropriate.
AI-Assisted Conversations
Lead Concierge uses artificial intelligence and automation to help guide conversations and respond to general questions.
AI-assisted responses may not always be complete, current, or accurate. The concierge may summarize information based on available business-provided content, general service information, or platform configuration.
You should verify important details directly with the applicable business, including pricing, availability, eligibility, policies, appointment times, treatment suitability, and any medical or safety-related questions.
No Provider-Patient Relationship
Use of a Lead Concierge experience does not create a provider-patient relationship, clinician-patient relationship, advisory relationship, or other professional relationship between you and Lead Concierge.
For med spas, wellness practices, aesthetic clinics, or similar businesses, any consultation, medical evaluation, procedure, treatment recommendation, or professional advice must come directly from the applicable licensed provider or business.
Visitor Responsibilities
When using Lead Concierge, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent purposes
- Submit false, offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to access data, systems, accounts, or areas you are not authorized to access
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the platform
- Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts without our written permission
- Submit sensitive medical, emergency, financial, or highly confidential information unless specifically requested by the applicable business through an appropriate channel
You are responsible for the information you choose to provide through a Lead Concierge experience.
Business Information and Availability
Lead Concierge may display or communicate information about participating businesses, including services, general treatment interests, locations, pricing ranges, appointment preferences, promotions, policies, or availability.
This information may be provided by the participating business, configured for demonstration purposes, or generated as part of an AI-assisted conversation.
Lead Concierge does not guarantee that business information is always accurate, complete, available, or up to date. Final details should be confirmed directly with the applicable business.
Demo and Pilot Experiences
Some Lead Concierge experiences may be provided as demos, previews, pilots, or examples.
Demo or pilot content may be illustrative and may not represent final business offerings, pricing, availability, policies, clinical guidance, or operational workflows.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue demo or pilot experiences at any time.
Leads, Follow-Up, and Business Communications
When you submit contact information or request follow-up through a Lead Concierge experience, that information may be shared with the participating business associated with that concierge experience.
Lead Concierge does not control how quickly a participating business responds, whether they accept an appointment request, whether they provide services, or whether you are eligible for a particular service.
Any services, appointments, consultations, purchases, or other interactions between you and a participating business are solely between you and that business.
Accounts and Client Access
Certain Lead Concierge features may be available only to authorized business users, administrators, or clients.
If you are given access to a Lead Concierge account, dashboard, admin area, or business-facing feature, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account or access credentials have been compromised.
Platform Ownership
Lead Concierge and its websites, software, designs, branding, workflows, prompts, conversational logic, analytics, documentation, content, and related technology are owned by Lead Concierge or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Lead Concierge intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Lead Concierge materials or technology without our written permission.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations about Lead Concierge, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Third-Party Services
Lead Concierge may rely on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, artificial intelligence, security, and other services.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, platforms, or content that we do not control.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Concierge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Lead Concierge is not responsible for decisions made based on information provided through a concierge experience, actions taken by participating businesses, visitor-submitted information, or third-party services outside our control.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lead Concierge from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another party’s rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of Lead Concierge after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Lead Concierge if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the platform, created security risk, or used the service in a way that may harm Lead Concierge, participating businesses, visitors, or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
